Face 2 Face Medical Ltd was initially set up to provide specialist event first aid services and training to charities. Since the company's creation in September 2007, the company has continued to evolve and develop.

The decision was taken in 2014 to focus primarily on the provision of event first-aid.

Supporting Charities is still at the forefront of Face 2 Face Medical Ltd objectives, each year we choose a new charity to support and offer our services to.

Our company statement defines our focus as being:

• On-time – we arrive, set up and are fully operational within the requested time
• Discreet – we take pride in our appearance, confidentiality and security processes
• Professional – we only use Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) cleared, highly trained and motivated staff who enjoy working with us

Company Management

Face 2 Face Medical Ltd is owned by Andrew Cottrell who brings a wealth of experience to the company in pre-hospital emergency care, along with control room operations and crisis resource management.

Face 2 Face Medical Ltd in 2022 entered its 14th year of operation - a credit to the dedication and professionalism of the team which weekly deploys to events in support of clients.

With bi-annual team mandatory training, the latest equipment, strong clinical governance and updates - you can be assured that when and if our services are required - we will be there: Ontime - Every time.

The Armed Forces Corporate Covenant Scheme

The early part of 2015 saw another continued declaration by the company management team in the form of the declaration contained within the Corporate Covenant scheme, which holds two main objectives.

Principles of The Armed Forces Corporate Covenant

We Face 2 Face Medical Ltd will endeavour in our business dealings to uphold the key principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, which are:

• No member of the Armed Forces Community should face a disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen
• In some circumstances, special treatment may be appropriate, especially for the injured or bereaved.

Demonstrating our Commitment

Face 2 Face Medical Ltd recognises the value serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families bring to our business. We will seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, by:

• promoting the fact that we are an armed forces-friendly organisation.
• seeking to support the employment of veterans young and old.
• striving to support the employment of Service spouses and partners.
• offering support to our local cadet units, either in our local community or in local schools.
• where possible.
• aiming to actively participate in supporting Military Charities.
• offering a discount to members of the Armed Forces Community.
